So I see all the hype about the new "System Center Alliance" so I go here to checkout the site and see what information is there. Cool apart from the fact that when you click on the majority of the links you get:
"We're sorry, but we were unable to service your request. You may wish to choose from the links below for information about Microsoft products and services."
I'm sure it's something to do with one group not talking to another to get the content posted or waiting for replication or one of the many stories we've all heard before but come on Microsoft for big announcements you need to be more organised and make sure this stuff works before announcing it.
You must of caught them on the cusp of deploying the updated page(s). You are right though, any dependancies should be in-place before the code-change takes place.
