Kenny put together a nice method for fixing apps that won’t deploy via OSD post-RTM to SP1 upgrade. The script pokes the comment field which induces a ContentID which then causes the apps to redistribute to the DP’s and cleans up the issue. Over on the ConfigMgr team blog they made an announcement that ConfigMgr 2007 and ConfigMgr 2012 now support SQL SP1 support . Best to download the docs and review offline now, TechNet (not the ConfigMgr team) have ripped out Classic view which helped us fully expand all the collapsible nodes to enable CTRL-F for searching, now you’ll have to expand the appropriate node out and read\search from there which is going to be a PITA...
